Payment Information:
All first time orders are shipped COD, if you wish to apply for Credit, please fill in the credit application* and return it to us by either e-mail or fax. Once approved, you will be eligible to get terms based on our business polices and procedures.
We accept the following forms of payment:

1) Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)
2) Interac E-Mail Money Transfers (for Canadian Residents only)
3) Bank Wire Transfers
4) Company Cheque ( once credit application* is approved and on file)

Any late payments will be charged an interest rate of 19% plus any other expense incurred due to failure of payment.

Shipping and Handling:
All packages are sent FOB SHIPPING and we use the following shipping methods:

1) Canada Post (Regular Parcel, Expedited, XpressPost, Priority Courier)
2) United Parcel Services (UPS)
3) FedEx

Please specify your preferred shipping method when placing your order. Shipping charges are dictated by the weight, size and speed of shipping preferred. A nominal handling charge is applied on all orders.
HOJ makes it mandatory for all packages to be shipped with Insurance. If you decide to waive the insurance option, please specify upon order completion. Please note that any lost package in which the buyer has waived the insurance option is NOT the responsibility of House of Jewellery.

Return Policy:
House of Jewellery will only exchange or credit merchandise which has a viable manufacturing defect and is reported within 7 business days after receiving the shipment. Returns for all other reasons will have a 15% restocking fee. Upon receipt, if you have any issues with your merchandise, please call us immediately at 1-800-668-4422. Complaints or Concerns after 7 business days will not be accepted.
